These are the allowances the product enforces. When a limit is reached the assistant says so politely and hands the visitor to your team — nothing is ever billed on top.

The terms that matter
VAT
Prices are per month and exclude VAT. Belgian customers pay 21% on top (Growth: €71.39 incl. VAT). EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged, so they pay the price shown.
7-day trial
Every paid plan starts with seven days free, with that plan's allowances. No card is needed to start; you add one when you keep the plan. The trial ends by itself if you don't.
Cancel anytime
One click in Billing. Your assistant keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; nothing renews after that. Your data can be exported before you go and is deleted on request.
